After 14 years working within WaterNSW, I saw first-hand how challenging it can be for irrigators, commercial, mining and industrial users and landholders to understand their obligations and secure the approvals they need which is where Kardell Water Advisory comes in. I truly understand how the system works, from the inside, and can provide accessible, accurate and practical advice around the water management act and how you should be dealing with water management regulation.
Throughout my career, I specialised in interpreting legislation, assessing applications, and guiding stakeholders through complex regulatory processes. That experience now forms the foundation of Kardell Water Advisory. My goal is simple, to make water‑related requirements easier to understand, easier to manage, and easier to get right.
I work directly with clients to provide tailored advice on Water Supply Work Approvals, Water Access Licences (WALs) and WAL dealings, Basic Landholder and Harvestable Rights, metering, compliance (including auditing and rectification), and water‑related components of development including construction dewatering.
