Our team brings more than five decades of combined experience within WaterNSW and predecessor agencies, giving us a deep understanding of how the system works from the inside.
Rob Kardell spent 14 years with WaterNSW specialising in interpreting legislation, assessing applications and guiding stakeholders through complex regulatory processes. Tracie Scarfone adds almost 39 years of experience across all aspects of water licensing, having worked extensively throughout NSW. Based in Griffith, Tracie services clients statewide and brings deep operational knowledge of regional water challenges.
